As we prepare for our 1st Annual DCQI Conference, we want to assure you that your safety is of primary importance to us. Our team continues to carefully monitor the COVID-19 situation and stands ready to implement increased safety measures as needed.
As of right now, there are no local or state restrictions established in DC on gatherings or events, so we plan to proceed with holding an in-person event. We will make any adjustments necessary to adhere to all local, state, and federal safety guidelines in place at the time of the event.
In accordance with current CDC recommendations, all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, are NOT required to wear masks, although we will have complimentary masks and hand sanitizing stations readily available.
Additionally, we will be providing color-coded badge ribbons to clearly convey to your fellow attendees your comfort level with personal contact.
Your comfort-level is very important to us. If for any reason you do not feel comfortable attending, feel free to reach out to us at llawler@mtbma.org and we will gladly discuss other options. If current guidelines change, we will update our attendees accordingly.
